It seems like nowadays between music, technology, fashion, sports, it seems like everything has been done.  Its 2015 now, and everyone wants a way to stand out; individuality is of the essence.

A buddy of mine, Justin, runs a sunglasses company out of NorCal.  The beauty of the sunglasses though are that they are fully customizable from the style of the frame, to the lenses, to the arms.  There are thousands of ways to create your own personal pair of sunnies that no one else in the world will have.

Justin recently sent me over a few pairs to try out and shoot around New York to spread the heat wave from the west side to the east coast.  Here are some of the photos I shot:

Brooklyn Bridge overlooking downtown Manhattan. This was actually the first time in 27yrs of living in NYC that I walked the Brooklyn Bridge.

Times Square. I've been here a billion times.

I got the package of sunglasses right before I left for Australia so I brought a pair or two with me and managed to get this one on the beach at the 12 Apostles in Victoria, Australia.

Panasonic GH4, Panasonic 7-14mm f/4 (iso100, f/9, 1/400s)

To get the angle I wanted for this one, I had to put my camera on a GorillaPod and hang it off the wheel of my bike.  I was riding around the city with minimal gear and didn't have a tripod. #Merica

Here is a shot of me rocking my favorite pair that I have at the moment. Black to clear gradient wayfarers with black arms and purple lenses.
